Study: Kinesiotape Can Reduce ACL Injuries

A recent randomized control trial in the BMC Sports Sciences, Medicine and Rehabilitation journal showed the benefits of using kinesiotape to help reduce ACL injuries.The study consisted of randomly applying kinesiotape to 20 study participants. The participants were then asked to perform a drop vertical jump.
