Lemony Baked Basa Fillets
Ingredients:
2 basa fillets4 tbspn melted butter4 cloves of garlic, crushed1 tbspn paprikaSalt to taste1 tspn parsley 1/4 cup green onions chopped up and set aside as garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degreesWash fish fillets and pat dry and place in a pre-greased baking dishPour lemon juice and melted butter over fishSprinkle remaining ingredients over fishBake uncovered for 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes with a forkGarnish with green onionsEnjoy ! Source
